Terms of Employment

• W2 Contract, 24 months
• This position will be hybrid for the first 6 months and could be remote for the rest of the assignment based on performance. The office is located in Baltimore, MD. Local candidates only This is a full-time position, 40 hours per week. The resource is expected to fill in for the team lead when they are on vacation or leave.

Overview

Our client is seeking five (5) Customer Service Representatives that will serve as the liaison between the client and their customers, scheduling appointments for a variety of maintenance reasons. As a Customer Service Representative, you will also be responsible for inbound and outbound calls. The successful candidate will be able to accept ownership for effectively solving customer issues, complaints and inquiries while keeping customer satisfaction at the core of every decision and behavior.

Responsibilities

• Processes orders, prepares correspondence, and fulfills customer needs to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Process work for Meter Accessibility Cases including creating cases, sending letters, and processing requests to terminate the customer’s service.
• Create job aids, scheduling and training material.

Required Skills & Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent and 4-6 years of customer service and/or call center experience.
• Interpersonal skills and/or general customer service experience.
• Must have MS Office Suite/computer aptitude experience.
