Overview
Our client is seeking five (5) Customer Service Representatives that will serve as the liaison between the client and their customers, scheduling appointments for a variety of maintenance reasons. As a Customer Service Representative, you will also be responsible for inbound and outbound calls. The successful candidate will be able to accept ownership for effectively solving customer issues, complaints and inquiries while keeping customer satisfaction at the core of every decision and behavior.
