The Senior Finance Business Partner provides financial support to Treasury and its Divisions by providing transaction, budgeting and forecasting services. The role is also responsible for maintaining strong and effective partnerships with these Divisions to promote the achievement of financial and broader organisational objectives.

About You

Ideally you will possess the following skills and experience.

• Tertiary qualifications in accounting i.e., CA or CPA qualified
• Relevant industry experience – at least 3 years’ experience
• Extensive skills and experience in management accounting including budgetary preparation/monitoring, forecasting, accruals and journals
• Understanding of financial accounting and reporting
• Ability to analyse and interpret complex data to provide advice to senior management
• Ability and flexibility to work in a team environment, to support the Finance team within conflicting deadlines
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Have a strong continuous improvement mindset – identifying opportunities to develop and/or improve existing processes, generating ideas, and implementing solutions

The Financial & Operations Group delivers services to Treasury across a range of corporate areas including finance and administration, project management, corporate planning and risk management.

The Financial & Operations Group provides leadership for strategies, structures and tools that promote a high-performance culture and a capable, change-ready workforce.
