The role of a Business Support Officer is to provide administrative and support services to the Talent Acquisition Team to facilitate effective utilisation of time and resources and enhance their capacity to achieve key objectives.

About the Team

Human Resources (HR) team is responsible for leading and delivering people initiatives and activities across the full employment life cycle aligned to the business strategy. In partnership with Treasury leaders, we aim to maximise the potential of our people in achieving the delivery of highly capable and engaged people sought after for the quality of their advice.

Human Resources focuses on enabling a collaborative, inclusive, and diverse team of professionals capable of high-performance and delivering results.

Talent Acquisition (TA) team leads the process of attracting and recruiting talented professionals for Treasury and supporting external and internal recruitment sourcing activity. TA also supports NSW Government Sector mobility opportunities for employee career development. TA works closely with leaders across the organisation to recruit for all temporary, fixed-term and ongoing role opportunities. Talent Acquisition team is focused on attracting and securing top talent, aligned with the required capabilities of each role, coupled with the ideal corporate culture fit.
