The Team Leader of Business and Delivery Support manages and leads a team of Regional support staff which includes project and strategic planning and ing support, administrative and customer service staff. We pride ourselves on providing superior support services, combined with a focus on improving business efficiency.

About Us

Local Land Services (LLS) was established in January 2014 to provide quality, customer focused services to landholders and the community across New South Wales. This is an Executive Agency related to the cluster. It provides quality, customer focused services to landholders and the community across New South Wales. This regionally-based organisation brings together a wide range of service and advisory functions including agriculture, biosecurity, natural resource management, land management, biodiversity, emergency services and private native forestry.

About The Role

• Manage the Customer and Business Service team to ensure the efficient and effective delivery of external customer service and support regional finance and administration functions.
• Contribute/oversee the development and implementation of regional strategic and operational plans and projects and delivery of outcomes defined in NSW Government Strategic Plans and associated business and functional plans.
• Implement change, and promote business process improvements.
• Monitor, analyse, and on customer service activities and initiatives to demonstrate that key performance indicators and outcomes are met.
• Assist the State Finance Unit with local matters.

About You

To be successful you will need have:

• A good working knowledge and awareness of NSW Public Sector Governance, business and human resource legislation, regulations, processes and services
• A positive and constructive contributor to team/organisational planning
• Self-motivated, with a clear vision for achieving results
• Collaborative, supportive and driven to work as a team
• A great communicator with the ability to engage with all stakeholders
• Flexible, with a strong ability to problem solve on the run and adapt quickly
• An independent thinker and confident presenter
• Able to provide a balance between leading, supporting and guiding people, whilst delivering high quality results

Essential Requirements

• Current NSW Class C Driver License and the ability and willingness to travel
