The opportunity
As the Senior Projects and Programs Officer for Local Land Services, you will be responsible for Leading and managing strategic programs and projects to achieve organizational objectives including administration of private native forestry (PNF) monitoring, evaluation and ing (MER) contracts covering PNF practice change and biophysical MER. Your role is crucial in ensuring the successful delivery of programs and projects that align with the goals of Local Land Services.
Your Day To Day Will Consist Of
- Planning, stakeholder engagement, and resource allocation for program and project implementation.
- Developing and managing budgets, contracts, and ing requirements.
- Building and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Providing high-level advice and progress updates to executive and senior management.
- Mentoring and developing team members.
- Contributing to program and project management methodologies.
- Managing deadlines, milestones, and compliance.
- Conducting complex consultations and negotiations with stakeholders.
