About Us

Local Land Services (LLS) was established in January 2014 to provide quality, customer focused services to landholders and the community across New South Wales. This is an Executive Agency related to the cluster. It provides quality, customer focused services to landholders and the community across New South Wales. This regionally-based organisation brings together a wide range of service and advisory functions including agriculture, biosecurity, natural resource management, land management, biodiversity, emergency services and private native forestry.

About The Role

As an Executive Support Officer with Greater Sydney Local Land Services you will;

• Provide a range of support, secretariat and administrative services to facilitate the delivery of business operations and to support the General Manager and Board.
• Manage the General Manager’s diary appointments, records and correspondence, coordinate travel arrangements, and schedule and support meetings to facilitate the effective management of their agenda.
• You will be privy to confidential information, maintaining confidentiality and having excellent ethics, governance understanding, and enforcement will be essential
• Maintain and update administrative practices, systems and procedures to improve efficiency and service delivery.
• Assess and prioritise requests to facilitate the optimal use of the General Manager’s time

About You

To be successful in this role, you will;

• Work well independently and have excellent communication skills to be able to work with a range of stakeholders
• Have the ability to balance role requirements in an environment that is technically complex, and often unpredictable and where emergency situations can take precedence over planned activities
• Possess sound relationship management and partnership development experience

Essential Requirements

• Current NSW Class C Driver Licence
