About us
Transport for NSW (TfNSW) is the lead agency of the NSW Transport cluster. Our role is to lead the development of a safe, efficient, integrated transport system that keeps people and goods moving, connects communities and shapes the future of our cities, centres and regions. We work with several government agencies to coordinate metro, train, bus, ferry, light rail, road and maritime services, always keeping the safety and comfort of our customers at the heart of what we do.
The opportunity
We have newly-created roles for Senior Talent Specialists to work with our internal and external hiring communities. The key purpose of these roles is to make all participants in our selection processes feel heard, respected and that their interaction with us is worthwhile. The Senior Talent Specialist generally focuses on Senior TfNSW award grade level roleswithin Greater Sydney and Regional & Outer Metropolitan business areas.
A bit about the team
We are a diverse group, different backgrounds and characters but we do find ourselves on common ground when it comes to inclusiveness and a commitment to honest communication and quality service. We’re pragmatic, we don’t expect you to get the company logo tattooed anywhere on your person or bore people at barbeques but we do take pride in what we’re doing; and we hang out together outside of work sometimes but it’s not overbearing.
Ideal experience, skills and personal qualities for success in this role:
You’ll enjoy change and see new ways of doing things, you should challenge convention to build and improve on existing practice. You’ll get a spring in your step from delivering outcomes for clients (and spare them the complexity of how you got there.)
