About You

• Relevant professional experience in a similar role with comparable goals and responsibilities, both technical and soft skills.
• A Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business, or similar (preferred).
• Excellent budgeting and forecasting skills, critical thinking, analytical skills and the ability to identify improvement opportunities. Superior time management and excel skills are a must.
• This is an autonomous position, so initiative, self-sufficiency, and self-motivation are essential. Effective and respectful communication skills, both verbal and written, are vital for building relationships and networks across the organisation.

Responsibilities: As a Finance Business Partner/Management Accountant, you will:

• Support other Business Partners and Management Accountants in the team.
• Respond to ad-hoc financial and operational inquiries.
• Contribute to budgeting and forecasting processes.
• on progress against budget, staffing, and activity targets.
• Analyse data and provide business insights, identifying opportunities for improvement.
