About The Opportunity
South Western Sydney Local Health District is recruiting an Executive Support Officer (Health Manager Level 1) to complement and enhance the current Corporate Governance directorate.

What You’ll Be Doing
ing to the Director Corporate Governance, the position is responsible for providing high level executive secretarial and administrative support in an efficient and effective manner.
The Executive Support Officer will provide high level support for the timely and efficient preparation of correspondence on behalf of the Board, Chief Executive and other senior officers.
The position will support the Corporate Governance directorate with the establishment of appropriate standards and processes. The position holder will liaise with senior staff to ensure that all work aligns with the organisation’s strategic direction, priorities and government policy.
You will administer Board / executive level meetings, as required, including ensuring minutes and other meeting documents are recorded accurately and drafted in a timely manner. You will ensure accurate, timely advice, information / responses and support is provided to the Director Corporate Governance and senior management.
