The opportunity

Right now, we have an opportunity for a Talent Sourcing Analyst to join us. This primary purpose of this role is develop a pipeline of qualified talent for a number of different roles.

You will be responsible for developing and maintaining talent pools and market insights by researching, identifying, contacting and attracting relevant level professionals to support the delivery of current and future business objectives. This includes direct and indirect candidate sourcing, sourcing channel optimisation and proactive development of talent pools. This role draws on innovative thinking, deep research capability, project management and relationship management

What you will be involved in :

• Build our data-driven recruiting reporting and analytics strategy
• Leverage latest tools and technology to build and manage talent pipelines
• Researching local and international markets, commercial landscape and emerging workforce trends to deliver proactive sourcing plans
• Drive end-to end process improvements and establish clear pathways to achieve improved customer and business outcomes.

About you

We are looking for a passionate research or sourcing professional who has the ability to analyze data, provide insights and recommend improvements for recruiting strategy and operations. You will balance the art and the science of sourcing. You will have strong planning capability, be outcomes focussed and technologically astute.

Outstanding interpersonal skills and experience in building strong collaboration with a variety of stakeholders will set you up for success. Experience with Recruiting systems, technology and tools is highly desirable.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Demonstrated knowledge and experience in diverse sourcing and selection tools.
• Proven experience in driving innovation and multi-channel results in the field of talent identification and attraction.
• Proven track record of resourcefulness and innovation to implement best practice talent sourcing and acquisition practices.
• Excellent skills in candidate care and partnering effectively with clients to deliver a thorough, consultative process for key stakeholders.
• Strong organisational skills to stay on-top of deadlines and effective communication skills.
• Demonstrated proficiency computing skills, including Microsoft Office applications.

Salary and Benefits

The salary for this position is Grade 6A ($94,879) – 6E ($104,367) per annum plus superannuation and leave loading.
