The opportunity
Right now, we have an opportunity for a Talent Sourcing Analyst to join us. This primary purpose of this role is develop a pipeline of qualified talent for a number of different roles.
You will be responsible for developing and maintaining talent pools and market insights by researching, identifying, contacting and attracting relevant level professionals to support the delivery of current and future business objectives. This includes direct and indirect candidate sourcing, sourcing channel optimisation and proactive development of talent pools. This role draws on innovative thinking, deep research capability, project management and relationship management

About you
We are looking for a passionate research or sourcing professional who has the ability to analyze data, provide insights and recommend improvements for recruiting strategy and operations. You will balance the art and the science of sourcing. You will have strong planning capability, be outcomes focussed and technologically astute.
Outstanding interpersonal skills and experience in building strong collaboration with a variety of stakeholders will set you up for success. Experience with Recruiting systems, technology and tools is highly desirable.

Salary and Benefits
The salary for this position is Grade 6A ($94,879) – 6E ($104,367) per annum plus superannuation and leave loading.
