About the team
We are a progressive award-winning talent acquisition function having implemented major improvements across our Talent Acquisition & Career Transition (TACT) team through new ways of working, process enhancements, digitising our Talent Acquisition approach and building compelling Employee Value Propositions to attract and empower quality, diverse talent for Transport for NSW.
The Opportunity
As the Talent Acquisition Manager for our Technology portfolio you will play an integral role in delivering innovative and proactive services and solutions to a large group of customers, all with different technology demands.
Leading a team of eight talent specialists, you will drive performance to meet current and future needs as well as be a key interface with business leaders, People and Culture and the broader Talent Acquisition and Career Transition team.

About you
You will be a passionate, values driven leader who can demonstrate a strong background managing talent acquisition services to solve technology problems in a complex matrix structure. With an ability to build solid relationships, collaborate and communicate effectively you’ll have an appreciation for the value of an excellent candidate and hiring manager experience and the contribution this will have in making transport a great place to work.

The salary for this position is Grade 9A ($142,178) – 9E ($159,238) per annum plus superannuation and leave loading.
