The opportunity
We are looking for a Senior Talent Specialist to join the team. As a Senior Talent Specialist, you will get the opportunity to work on a diverse range of award and senior service roles across the Greater Sydney and Regional & Outer-Metropolitan branches. The key purpose of these roles is to make all participants in our selection processes feel heard, respected and that their interaction with us is worthwhile.
A bit about the team
We are a diverse group, different backgrounds and characters but we do find ourselves on common ground when it comes to inclusiveness and a commitment to honest communication and quality service. We’re pragmatic, we don’t expect you to get the company logo tattooed anywhere on your person or bore people at barbeques, but we do take pride in what we’re doing; and we hang out together outside of work sometimes but it’s not overbearing.
Ideal experience, skills and personal qualities for success in this role:
You’ll enjoy change and see new ways of doing things, you should challenge convention to build and improve on existing practice. You’ll get a spring in your step from delivering outcomes for clients (and spare them the complexity of how you got there). A commitment to quality and ability to do the detail without losing sight of the bigger picture is important. You’ll be resilient, energetic, committed to getting it right but without losing your perspective and humour.
Your previous experience will include working in large and complex matrix environments ideally within the construction, transport or engineering industries, engaging across a network to achieve business outcomes. Your flair for managing and leading through complexity, and linking talent, learning and business outcomes will see you shine in this role.

Salary: Transport Grade 8 – $120,423 – $134,872 plus super and annual leave loading.
