About the team

The People Programs Team sits in People Operations and is focused on improving the Employee Experience and working with key stakeholders to lead the development of clearly defined processes and easy to access content, and identify and drive opportunities to enhance HR digital workflows through online and digital platforms.

The opportunity

We have an exciting opportunity for a HR (People) Programs Officer to join the Programs Team.

The HR (People) Programs Officer supports the various People projects, enhancements and initiatives being managed by the Programs Team through project and change management support, analysis and administration activities.

With the Programs Team managing a number of concurrent change projects and business process improvements end to end, this role will need to be across it all and focused on delivery.

About you

We are looking for candidates who can demonstrate experience supporting HR / People process projects and enhancements, helping to implement transformed services, are outcomes driven, and have a passion for people-centric innovation and improvement.

You have the passion and motivation to bring initiatives to life through teamwork and collaboration. You also demonstrate innovative, analytical, conceptual and problem solving ability.

You enjoy challenging convention and implementing new ways of working to build and improve on existing practice and you are driven by implementing positive change in an organisation.

Essential Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in supporting HR projects and programs for continuous improvement

• Proven capability in aligning and translating business requirements into business and operational outcomes

Salary and Benefits

The salary for this position is Transport Service Grade 7A ($106,086) – 7E ($118,816) per annum plus superannuation and leave loading.
