THE OPPORTUNITY
The Talent Acquisition Officer is responsible for providing administrative support and advice for the delivery of customer focussed end to end talent acquisition activities. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of the People & Culture Team.

Please note this role is available to be based at any of the following campus locations – New Castle, Tamworth, Orange, Port Macquarie, Albury, Wetherill Park and West Wollongong.

ABOUT YOU
We are seeking a passionate and driven Talent Acquisition Officer who will be committed to achieving extraordinary outcomes for the business.

• You will have knowledge of public sector recruitment legislation and guidelines within large organisation
• You will have understanding of operations and procedures relating to the conduct of employment screening including the handling of confidential information and undertaking of risk assessments.
• Experience with high volume administrative tasks in a transactional and complex environment will be preferred
• You have high level of accuracy and attention to detail
• You are open to new learnings and ability to adapt to changes
• You are agile and flexible in an ever-changing environment and love a challenge.
• Impeccable communication skills, are analytical, organised and a natural problem solver.
• Enjoy building trusting relationships, collaborating with your team and taking initiative.
