THE OPPORTUNITY
The Talent Acquisition Lead is responsible for leading the execution and management of attraction, sourcing and assessment strategies to identify and secure high calibre candidates with specific industry experience. Leading a team of Talent Acquisition Advisors, you will partner with your dedicated customer groups utilising your expert industry insights, knowledge and networks to design and implement effective hiring activities to attract the best talent.
You’ll provide specialist advice to senior stakeholders, whilst providing operational support in a high volume, deadline and needs driven environment. This role will require you to build the capability for effective hiring decisions by supporting our managers to plan and manage immediate resourcing needs and future requirements.

ABOUT YOU
You’re an experienced professional in end-to-end talent acquisition, providing specialised expertise in talent sourcing. Your passionate about partnering with your customers and have the ability manage senior stakeholder relationships. Your coaching and leadership skills will be essential to lead and develop an experienced team of Advisors to support their customer groups to effectively meet workforce demands. You’re an innovative and passionate resourcing expert who knows how to create and maintain high-quality candidate networks and pipelines across a range of roles, at all levels.
