ABOUT THE ROLE

Working as a Talent Acquisition Advisor, you’ll be responsible for the design, delivery and coordination of all recruitment activities associated with the attraction, sourcing, and assessment of high calibre candidates. You will manage recruitment activity and attract the very best talent to support our student’s learning experience and career development. Working in the fabulous Talent Management and Acquisition team, you’ll have all the support, coaching and development you need to be successful in your new role.

An experienced recruiter, ideally with experience in the public sector, you will bring an ability to influence and manage multiple stakeholders across different business units and are known for your passion to deliver service excellence. You possess a can-do attitude and you strive for individual and overall team success within a high performing culture. Partnering with your stakeholders as their trusted advisor will be key to the success of this position.
