THE OPPORTUNITY
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Manager, Scheduling & Resourcing to join and support a dynamic team in the state’s largest Registered Training Organisation.
You will be responsible for leading the development and management of the portfolio schedule and resource allocation for all Product Operations & Performance (POP) program/project(s). The position ensures strong governance and control of program/project scheduling and resource allocation, identifying interdependencies and leveraging resources to maximise efficiencies and achieve required organisation benefits and outcomes.
ABOUT YOU
You have demonstrated extensive experience in leading and managing multiple project schedules and resource requirements across large complex organisations with strong technical knowledge in portfolio and project management scheduling & reporting software.
You are an impeccable communicator with demonstrated high level stakeholder management skills to positively engage and collaborate on program/project management strategies as well as the ability to make decisions on complex and sensitive issues through detailed analysis.
