What you’ll be doing
Design, Development and Deployment of Web based applications. Continuous Improvement activities (including development, support and maintenance) of the intranet, websites and web applications across the SCHN Network.
Selection Criteria:

Comprehensive and demonstrable full-stack PHP development experience, strong Object-Oriented PHP skills with experience in the Laravel framework. Demonstrated experience using Test Driven Development (TDD)

Proven Experience working with Drupal content management system, including installation, maintenance and theme and module development

Experience with frontend Javascript frameworks such as React, Vue, or Angular, exposure to NodeJS and back-end Javascript programming a plus

Demonstrated experience in HTML5, CSS (SASS or LESS desirable) and responsive front-end design

Experience with Linux server administration (CentOS) and package management, Apache configuration and maintenance. Database

Demonstrated experience managing projects, product design and/or software development within an Agile/DevOps environment and experience with source control systems (e.g. Git)

Experience with cloud platform technologies (e.g., Amazon AWS, Microsoft Azure), Docker container management, and Continuous Integration & Development (CI/CD) will be advantageous

Excellent planning and organisational skills with the ability to work without constant supervision – includes the ability to plan and achieve a variety of tasks; able to prioritise client requests and deal with a number of issues concurrently; good problem-solving skills – the ability to identify problems and their cause and develop solutions to meet client needs.
