Your role
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will partner with the senior executive cohort in the Department to deliver best practice executive recruitment services and support the end-to-end executive employee lifecycle.
You will:
From understanding workforce planning needs and designing sourcing strategies through to the offer of employment, you will navigate multiple platforms and deliver results in a fast-paced environment. This is a role where adding value, building relationships and being the subject matter expert is key to success.
You will join a small close-knit team who are extremely customer and results focused and enjoy in-team banter, with the occasional group lunch and cake!
