About the role
The recruitment lead plays a critical role in driving continuous improvement and shaping change within recruitment function. Leading and mentoring a team of 9, day to day you will:

• Lead, engage and drive a high performing team culture to deliver best practice recruitment strategies and innovative solutions
• Work with the business to design and implement attraction and souring strategies
• Analyse and implement changes to improve the experience for all stakeholders
• Build and maintaining relationships with business leaders in your client group to deliver an exceptional recruitment experience
• Keeping up to date with market changes, ensuring you are identifying key target areas to attract candidates
• Proficiency in utilising a variety of channels and platforms such as LinkedIn and SEEK is highly desirable

About you
You have strong leadership and mentoring skills, are an excellent communicator who builds relationships with business stakeholders and have demonstrated experience in human resources or recruitment.
Your ability to manage change and work under pressure in a fast paced environment will ensure your success in the role.
