Duration: 7 x Temporary full-time appointment up to 2 February 2026 with the possibility of extension.

We are seeking highly motivated Administration Officers to join the Teaching Quality and Impact directorate and its commitment to make a positive difference in student education across NSW in an innovative and dynamic environment.

The Administration Officer provides a broad range of administrative services and leverages extensive business unit knowledge to support the unit’s program/s of work and facilitate professional support to both internal and external stakeholders in the delivery of business operations to agreed standards.

We are seeking experienced Administration Officers with:

• A positive can-do attitude who thrives in a high pace environment
• Proven work experience as an Administrative Officer, Administrator or similar role
• Experience with office management software like MS Office (MS Excel, MS Word and MS PowerPoint)

You will be highly collaborative, self-motivated and will thrive working as part of a high-performing and driven team in representing the organisation in an honest, ethical and professional way.
