The Assistant Project Officer performs project management and support activities for projects and programs across the Strategy, Design and Delivery Team at Greater Sydney Parklands.
Key Responsibilities
Provide a range of project management and support services, including preparation of s and briefs, coordinating resources, meeting minutes, maintaining project documentation, financial monitoring and monitoring project of plans, to ensure project outcomes are achieved on time, on budget, to quality standards and within agreed scope, in line with established agency project management methodology.
Input and on SAP Finance to assist in the management of project budgets including reconciliation of purchase orders and invoices against project budgets.
Communicate with key internal and external stakeholders and coordinate working groups, committee consultations and presentations to facilitate exchange of information and support project completion in line with project plans.

Greater Sydney Parklands currently brings together in a combined administration three independent Parks agencies and Trusts: the Centennial Park and Moore Park Trust, Parramatta Park Trust, and Western Sydney Parklands Trust, as well as the parklands of Callan Park and Fernhill Estate.
