Talent Acquisition Senior Project Officer

What you’ll do
You will design and deliver projects which improve our talent practice and our process and systems to enable our talent function to achieve and maintain a competitive edge in the employment market.
You will work on fascinating projects which will test and stretch your thinking. These projects will focus on continuing to optimise attraction, assessment and on-boarding, streamline internal mobility and improve the candidate journey and experience.
You will also play a key role in supporting changes in driving inclusive practices both with business leaders and talent acquisition staff.
What we’re looking for
You are curious by nature and lead conversations to get clear on problems. You go through a diagnostic process to determine what actually needs addressing. You have strong critical-thinking skills, draw on research, and proactively seek out in-put from the right stakeholders, experts and SMEs to co-design solutions.
You get things done, but you also influence others to get what you need done. Your projects are well scoped, you’re clear on the outcome that you’re trying to achieve and you have controls in place to ensure you remain on track and deliver on time and within budget.
You’re an effective communicator. You frame your words well; understand your audience and you have strong written skills.
You have experience in leading projects and experience in HR or Talent Acquisition would be highly regarded.
