Salary: $99,431 to $110,064 plus superannuation and leave loading

About the Talent Acquisition Advisor role
The Talent Acquisition Advisor will be responsible for managing the provision of senior executive talent acquisition and assignment services, providing expert advice with a focus on clients, service performance, process integrity and capability to ensure the highest standard of talent acquisition services, whilst providing advice and consultation to key stakeholders across DCJ.
The role will be responsible for the delivery of the end-to-end senior executive recruitment from attraction through to on boarding of talent to efficiently and effectively meet changing organisational needs.

Your background will demonstrate strong recruitment experience, with exposure to executive search.

Essential Employment Screening Requirements:
Current driver’s license and preparedness to drive a vehicle in the course of performing the role.

National Criminal History Record Check in accordance with the Disability Inclusion Act 2014
Working with Children Check clearance in accordance with the Child Protection (Working with Children) Act 2012.
It is an essential requirement of the role that successful applicants are fully vaccinated and able to provide acceptable proof of vaccination status.
As part of Pre-Employment screening checks, evidence of vaccination is required.
Evidence of COVID-19 vaccination status can include:
a vaccination certificate or other evidence from a vaccine provider
an immunisation history statement which can be accessed from Medicare online or the Express Plus Medicare mobile app
a statement of vaccination history which can be requested from the Australian Immunisation Register
a record from a health practitioner, which includes a medical certificate.
If you need to seek an exemption for a medical contraindication, you will be required to complete a COVID-19 Vaccine Medical Contraindication.
