About The Team
The People and Culture team sits within the Strategy, People and Governance division. This Human Resources team provides advice and services across the organisation in work health and safety, talent, learning, workplace culture, people, and performance.
About The Role
As a key member of our People and Culture team, you will provide general HR administrative support to the whole team.
The role will include general HR administrative support for the following teams within People and Culture – People & Performance, Work Health & Safety, Talent (Recruitment), and Learning & Development.
A key focus of the role will be to monitor the Establishment to ensure it is current and accurate, and logging tickets where changes to the Establishment are required, and also monitoring the team’s shared mailboxes and escalating where necessary.

About You
You are an experienced HR support officer with the motivation to provide support across all aspects of People and Culture, with strong attention to detail, excellent time management skills and organisation skills, as well as having the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with managers and employees at all levels across the organisation.
