The Department of Communities and Justice carries an important purpose across many areas of its work, particularly when it comes to improving outcomes for children and young people, Aboriginal people, people with disability, people from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds, people experiencing domestic and family violence, victims of sexual assault, juvenile offenders, people at high risk of reoffending, and people experiencing homelessness.

About the Director, Talent Acquisition role
The Director Talent Acquisition directs the functional and strategic delivery of Talent Acquisition, whilst leading contemporary and innovative solutions, best practice to achieves optimal outcomes for end-to-end customer service and DCJ employment brand.
The role will partner with the Business to design, develop and deliver talent pipelines for current and future job openings, implement online and offline employer branding activities, forecast hiring needs based on business growth plans and measure key recruitment metrics.
