Job Title: Personal Assistant (PA) to Founder

Location: Sydney

Position Overview:

As the Personal Assistant to the Founder, you will play a pivotal role in the success of our organization by providing executive-level administrative support and assisting in various research and communication tasks. Your responsibilities will encompass traditional EA duties, as well as specialised tasks related to legal market research and LinkedIn messaging.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Founder Support:

• Manage the Founder’s calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements.
• Prioritize and screen incoming communications, emails, and phone calls.
• Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
• Assist with personal tasks and errands as needed.
• Gather data and compile s to assist the Founder in strategic decision-making.

1. LinkedIn Messaging:

• Draft and send professional LinkedIn messages on behalf of the Founder to establish and maintain valuable connections.
• Monitor and manage the Founder’s LinkedIn inbox, ensuring timely responses to messages.
• Keep records of LinkedIn outreach and interactions.

1. Administrative Support:

• Handle general administrative tasks such as document preparation, filing, and organization.
• Assist in the preparation of presentations, s, and proposals.
• Manage expenses and maintain financial records for the Founder.

1. Project Coordination:

• Collaborate with other team members to support various projects and initiatives.
• Track project deadlines and ensure timely completion of tasks.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an Assistant or similar role, supporting high-level executives.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proficiency in using productivity software, such as Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn and the ability to use it effectively for professional networking.
• Strong research and analytical skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
• Self-motivated and proactive with a high level of attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications (not mandatory but a plus):

• Knowledge of the legal industry or related sectors.
• Experience in conducting market research.
• Experience with project management tools or software.
