Paid Media Account Manager for a Leading International Agency
Our Client requires a Paid Media Account Manager (to work across PPC and Paid Social) to join their growing Media team.
They are a results driven agency that treats all clients equally – no matter what their spend, their objective is to continually improve their campaigns.
Main duties
The Account Manager will be responsible for the clients paid search and paid social accounts including strategy, planning and execution.
· Set up new PPC and social accounts across multiple search engines Inc. Google, Bing, Facebook and LinkedIn
· Day to day contact with both clients and search engines
· Operational lead and management of existing paid search and social accounts across multiple verticals & countries
· Ensure accounts achieve clients KPIs and business objectives
· Forecasting traffic and cost for new and existing accounts
· Management of tracking, analysis and insight
· Weekly & Monthly internal and client ing
· Face to face meetings with clients
· Managing client needs and expectations
· Daily optimisation of accounts for continual improvement
· Innovative and strategic thinking on all client activity
Skills, knowledge and experience required
· 2-3 years minimum digital paid media experience – preferably agency side
· Expert user of 3rd Party Bid Management/Tracking solutions (Search Ads 360, Kenshoo or Marin)
· Strong PPC or Paid Social experience (Meta/LinkedIn)
· Proven ability to manage multiple accounts & strategies
· Proven ability to think strategically for paid media clients
· Detail oriented and extremely organized
· Excellent mathematical skills
· Advanced Excel user
· Articulate with good writing and client facing skills
· Analytics package knowledge
