NRE’s Calgary location requires an individual capable of of following detailed Harnessing & Product Assembly drawings while building our electronics sub-assemblies & finish products.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Following supplied documentation to bring together materials to assemble harnessing, sub-assemblies, and finished product.
• Following multipage drawings to assemble gathered materials into finished harnessing, sub assemblies and finished product.
• Work efficiently and neatly to complete required assemblies.
• Submit sub-assemblies and assemblies to coworkers for cross check of work to ensure high quality finished assemblies.

Qualifications:

Key requirements of the position include:

• Excellent mechanical aptitude and ability.
• Good familiarity with a wide variety of standard hand tools.
• Able to follow detailed, multipage mechanical assembly drawings.
• Fluency in the English language is a must.
• Ability to communicate and work effectively with coworkers.
• Computer literacy is needed with familiarity in Microsoft Word & Excel.
• Must be a neat, well organized person whom is able to prioritize tasks and get things done accurately and on time.
