The Senior Recruiter will build relationships through excellence in recruitment process delivery including sourcing, screening, assessing, and marketing candidates in a fast paced environment. The role focuses on high touch candidate relationship management. The Senior Recruiter is the subject matter expert in candidate sourcing methodologies and recruitment process effectiveness.

Key Accountabilities

• Create and execute multi-channel strategies to source candidates that meet client profile and/or building talent pools for current and future engagements
• Identify & communicate continuous improvement opportunities and strategies
• Conduct meetings with management and set expectations for recruitment process
• Prepares offer letter packages and supports new hires with onboarding process
• Candidate relationship management
• Ensures internal management team’s understanding and compliance with all company, local, state and federal guidelines
• The successful Senior Recruiter will also assist with the determination of screening criteria and execution of screening, interviewing, and the negotiation of salaries.
• Maintain communication with all related business partners in order to perform all related Talent Acquisition
• Work through any communication gaps to ensure staffing effectiveness and efficiency
• Create recruitment strategies to fit their needs, and monitoring selection process
• Recruitment initiatives and complete special projects as assigned
• Able to demonstrate exceptional judgment, discretion and professional courtesy; ability to work independently
• Assists with the administration and support of the day-to-day operations of the HR team
• Coaches managers in lawful and constructive interviewing techniques
• Assists with special projects in training, development, employee relations, and other human resources initiatives as needed
• Build and maintain strong relationships with the all related stakeholders in order to meet talent acquisition goals

Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of full cycle recruitment experience
• 3+ years of experience conducting competency and behavioral based interviews
• 2+ years of experience developing and executing sourcing methodologies to include: market mapping and recruitment strategies’
