What you’ll be doing
NPS MedicineWise has established an excellent reputation for our work in programs, products and services to improve the quality use of medicines and medical tests in Australia. This role will be responsible for recruiting general practices and health services to the MedicineInsight program. The MedicineInsight Practice Recruitment Officer will develop relationships with practice managers, principals and a range of other stakeholders to describe the benefits of participation and sign them up to MedicineInsight.
Working within the Customer Service & Engagement Team the role will assist with general NPS MedicineWise enquires and provide excellent customer service to both consumers and health professionals. The role requires the ability to work as part of a team, strong relationship building skills, with strong attention to detail and a customer service focus.
