What does the role involve?

Reporting to the Senior Manager in Talent Acquisition, you’ll be responsible for day-to-day management of our operational recruitment delivery team. You’ll have five direct reports, made up of recruiters and sourcers.


Some of your key duties will include:

  • Working collaboratively with Talent Acquisition Partners to ensure key SLAs, KPIs, and service standards are met
  • Coaching, developing, and inspiring the operational recruiting team
  • Managing proactive sourcing and talent pipelining activity for future needs and hard-to-fill roles
  • Ensuring the recruiting team delivery an outstanding experience for passive and active candidates

What are we looking for?

You’re a capable and resourceful recruiter and you really care about delivering great candidate and hiring manager experiences. You understand proactive sourcing, and you’re resourceful when it comes to niche and hard-to-fill roles.

Also, we’re looking for the following:

  • Passion for recruiting, and happy to get hands-on when needed
  • Experience of leading people, coaching and/or mentor other recruiters
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Positive attitude and an improvement mindset
