Requirements

Clearance : Top Secret SCI Full Scope Polygraph Clearance.

Education : Ideal candidates have experience in object-oriented programming, GNU, SDR, and ELK / Elasticsearch, along with 7 years of software engineering experience and a related Bachelors Degree.

Experience :

Requires 12 years of general experience.

4 years as a software engineer with Java, threading, RMI skills.

Knowledge of XML, SQL, and Perl.

Bachelors degree or equivalent experience.

Linux and Development Skills :

Requires Linux CLI, Bash / Python scripting experience.

Java development in a Linux environment.

Familiarity with Spring framework, NoSQL, CI / CD tools.

Object-Oriented Programming and Software Engineering :

Requires 7 years of Software Engineering (SWE) experience.

Skills in object-oriented programming, GNU, Software Defined Radio, ELK / Elasticsearch.

Data Warehouse and ETL Development :

Involves schema development, ETL, workflow orchestration, and API service development.

Experience with Oracle, NiFi, Kafka, EMR, Java, Python, Spring, Splunk, MySQL.

Advanced Software Engineering :

Requires 20 years of SWE experience.

7 years of Java development.

Requirements

REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS : Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years or Master’s and 3+ years of related experience Strong problem-solving, systems analysis, planning, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

Strong foundation in applying data management domains with the ability to communicate data management concepts and best practices to data engineers, data architects, and data stewards, to support implementing a data management framework.

Understanding of related technologies (e.g., relational and non-relational databases, cloud platforms, data catalogs, data modeling, ETL, SQL, and Python).

Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office tool suites Data Management life cycle, Amazon Web Services (AWS), Databricks, BI tools (Qlik, Tableau, Power BI, MicroStrategy, etc.

Ability to work collaboratively and independently Ability to learn technologies proactively and quickly and solve problems Strong attention to detail, oral and written communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills Top Secret / SCI clearance required DESIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS : Experience working with the U.
