Job Description

Apply now in Annapolis Junction, MD, as a DevOps Software Engineer to provide critical Tier 2 support. In this role, youll be instrumental in maintaining and enhancing data normalization processes, ensuring operational excellence and high-level problem resolution.

Key Responsibilities :

Install, configure, and maintain software applications.

Manage and optimize CI / CD pipelines.

Administer Linux systems, including general troubleshooting.

Build and support VM environments, preferably with experience in customer corporate solutions.

Implement security measures for COTS application configurations.

Configure and maintain LDAP and AD systems.

Utilize Apache NiFi effectively.

Develop scripts in Bash, Python, Ruby, or Groovy.

Requirements

Educational Requirements :

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related discipline from an accredited college or university.

Experience Requirements :

At least 14 years of experience as a Software Engineer in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity.

An additional four years of SWE experience may substitute for a bachelors degree.

Required Technical Skills :

Expertise in Ansible, Kubernetes, and Docker.

Proficient in Linux system administration and command-line tools (ps, netstat, top).

Experience with CI / CD processes.
