NOVOTEL Hiring for Talent and Culture Coordinator Job at Cairns Full Time

Our team are seeking a Talent and Culture Coordinator to join our hotel teams. Based at Novotel Cairns Oasis Resort you will work with the Talent and Culture Manager to provide support to two hotels in a generalist role.

The role –

• Reporting to the Talent & Culture Manager, you will coordinate recruitment, training and support the development of our people, culture and all generalist T&C activities
• General administration tasks including, but not limited to management of employee files, preparing reports, producing employment contracts and new starter packs, enrolling team members in training courses, generating purchase orders
• Be the first point of contact for team members, assisting with daily requests and enquiries

About you –

• Previous HR experience and/or a qualification is desirable but not required
• Enthusiastic work ethic with a genuine passion for a career in Talent & Culture
• Excellent computer skills and the ability to learn new systems
• High level of attention to detail with proven administrative, organisational and time management skills
• Adaptability to build strong working relationships across all levels of leadership in the hotel
