In Clayton, NC, we now operate two adjacent pharmaceutical manufacturing facilities that are responsible for fulfilling different steps in our injectable and oral treatment supply chains.

Our Clayton, NC Diabetes Finished Products (DFP) facility is a 457,000 square foot aseptic “fill and finish” site that is responsible for producing innovative, injectable diabetes and obesity treatments. Position Purpose

Partners on & supports execution of all Talent Acquisition team goals, strategies & processes. Supports selection of best-qualified candidates in full compliance with all applicable laws. Collaborates on & implements recruitment methods, records, on-boarding, continuous improvement of employment processes, documentation, records, & logistics. Conducts analysis on relevant data. Leads all Applicant Flow Log data processing & assists with the accurate & consistent AA Plan development, reporting & communications. Assists with oversight of Site internships or related programs, as warranted. Actively supports all P&O programs, activities, & initiatives through direct cooperation & engaged collaboration.

Accountabilities

• Assists with & maintains stakeholder management to forecast, develop, & achieve talent acquisition objectives & organizational needs
• Collaborates on & implements adoption of consistent recruiting, interviewing & hiring best practices to promote positive candidate experiences & organizational efficiencies to meet staffing objectives & metrics
• Utilizes the applicant tracking system (ATS) to track, disposition & manage applicant flow & records
• Leads all Applicant Flow Log data processing & assists with the accurate & consistent Affirmative Action (AA) Plan development, reporting & communications
• Participates in & implements strategic projects to improve the consistency, quality & efficiency of the employment process. Supports identification, capture, & reporting on relevant metrics to identify trends & conducts research & benchmarking of best practices to ensure ongoing process improvements
• Collaborates on appropriate, consistent, & accurate applicant tracking & data to maintain & leverage it to meet business & compliance requirements
• Provides expert advice pertaining to effective sourcing practices, recruitment & interviewing practices, as well as, optimal on-boarding processes & assists with all aspects of the new hire orientation program
• Responsible for calculating, tracking & reporting relevant metrics including trending, analyzing & forecasting on Talent Acquisition Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
• Assists with managing relationships with external recruiters & temporary/contingency agencies
• Actively supports all branding & recruitment activities; including but not limited to: job/career fairs/events, social media, & the Site external web site
• Actively supports all People & Organization (P&O) goals, programs, activities, & initiatives through direct action/cooperation & demonstrating engaged collaboration
• Additional duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

• BA/BS in Human Resources or related field or equivalent combination of education & experience
• Master’s Degree strongly preferred
• Extensive knowledge & experience in the area of recruiting ensuring best qualified candidates selected
• Knowledge of employment law & EEO/AAP/OFCCP reporting requirements
• Ability to coach & guide internal stakeholders through the staffing process including all legal compliance requirements
• Ability to utilize social media recruiting tools & processes (LinkedIn experience strongly preferred), including the knowledge required to assist in maintaining/improving the local recruitment/external web site
• Demonstrated expertise with Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
• Demonstrated ability to calculate, track, & report relevant metrics & develop trending & forecasting
• PHR/SPHR certification strongly preferred

Desired Qualifications

• 5+ year’s professional level staffing/recruiting experience strongly preferred
• Talent Acquisition or equivalent experience in a manufacturing or regulated industry environment strongly preferred
• Proven expertise in organizing information & resources for successful recruitment, selection & retention of employees to support the core processes

Physical & Other Requirements

• Normal office environment with consistent use of computer keyboard & frequent use of telephone
• Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds
• Requires flexibility to work whatever hours are required for execution of duties of a 24/7operation, including nights & weekends
• Ability to travel to offsite career/job fairs/events as necessary
• Requires some overseas travel, as necessary (10% or less)
