Novo Manufacturing Hiring for Warehouse Operator/Utility at Bowerston, OH Full Time

Shift: 1st, M-F

What to expect:

• Set up and operate shrink wrapping equipment, sand, package and label work in process and finished products
• Read work orders and examine product specifications to assist machine operators in achieving output and quality goals. Anticipate next steps in the process; proactively prepare to support machine operators.
• Material handling to support needs of production process using forklifts, pallet jacks and manual movement.
• Accurately production activity through computer system transactions and written documents and s
• Train to become the backup on each machine and process within in the department.
• Ensure work areas are maintained in safe, clean and organized fashion.
• Other tasks may be assigned based upon the current work load and the needs of the company and customer.

Basic Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Previous experience in a factory setting; exposure to machine operation and setup is a plus
• Ability to use a computer to navigate to information needed, and on and update production activity
• Good oral and written communication skills
• Basic math skills
• Ability to work daily and/or weekend overtime
