Recruiting Coordinator

Novelis has an immediate opening for Recruiting Coordinator. This position will sit at our Atlanta, GA (hybrid) location.

Role Overview:

We are at a pivotal moment of change and transformation within Novelis Talent Acquisition! With outstanding growth, we are centralizing the recruiting efforts across our operations and establishing a Talent Acquisition Center of Excellence.

Novelis is looking for a Recruiting Coordinator to join our Talent Acquisition team. This role is a significant team member who has a strong impact on candidate and hiring manager experience by providing them support throughout the recruiting process.

Responsibilities & Qualifications:

• • Recruiter support: The Recruiting Coordinator is the recruiter’s co-pilot and provides all administrative support needed with activities such as posting jobs, disposition candidates in the system, scheduling interviews, and preparing and extending offers letters, etc.
  • Customer centricity: collaborate with the Hiring Managers, HRBPs, candidates, and other internal partners, with a focus on scheduling virtual and onsite interviews, helping with onsite logistics and travel for interviews.
  • Support career events; handle preparation and logistics.
  • Responsible for ensuring consistency in recruiting process
  • Sourcing: Aid in sourcing and identifying top talent

  
  Minimum requirements

  • Minimum of 6 months’ experience in an administrative or customer facing role.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work at all levels of an organization optimally.
  • Strong problem solving capability and demonstrable ability to navigate priorities effectively
  • Solid attention to detail
  • Customer Service oriented
  • Ability to work with confidential and sensitive information
  • Ability to perform work accurately and independently
  • Ability to coordinate and prioritize workload; must be able to lead multiple tasks at once without sacrificing attention to detail

  
  Preferred qualifications

  • HR or Talent Acquisition experience
  • Proven customer service orientation
  • Previous experience using an ATS to manage requisitions, candidates, talent communities, communication, and data insights.
  • Experience in scheduling and navigating calendars

Location Profile:

Novelis Global Corporate Headquarters is located in the Buckhead neighborhood of Atlanta Georgia and employs approximately 250 people. It is co-located with Novelis North America regional office which employs approximately 225 people.
