While NovaSource is headquartered in Phoenix, AZ and preference will be given to those in the area, this position can be based anywhere in the United States for experienced candidates.
Summary of Role
The MV/HV Technical Training Manager (MV/HV – SME) is responsible for the development and delivery of key elements of the NovaSource Power Environmental, Health, Safety, and Technical training program, working within the EHS team and s to the EHS Director. This includes hiring and managing a team of Subject Matter Expert (SME) trainers to deliver world class EHS and Technical training across all regions.
The position is Hybrid with preference given to candidates who live in the Chandler, AZ area.
