Novanta Hiring for Talent Sourcer Job at Remote Full Time

A day in the life:

• Source and recruit candidates using job boards, social media, and creative means for sourcing within established skill sets.
• Interact with potential and passive candidates on social media and professional networks
• Build talent pipelines of pre-qualified candidates through relationship building and complex internet searches.
• Conduct preliminary phone screen to understand candidate’s qualifications and identify key information.
• Schedule candidate interviews and act as a liaison between candidate and recruiting team.
• Input candidate data into applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Compile client target lists based on market research and hiring trends.
• Other administrative duties as needed.
