Summary of the Position

Reporting to the Controller based out of our US office in Charlotte, NC, the Financial Analyst will work closely with the local Novaflow team to ensure the timely and accurate processing of accounts receivables as well as help ensure the overall integrity of the systems financial data and reporting to allow for informed and strategic business decisions.

Key Responsibilities and Duties

· Accounts Receivables:

o Create and record invoices in AR ledger and send invoices to customers.

o Manage collection process and application of payments received.

· Prepare weekly cash forecast and other financial reports on a determined schedule.

· Reconcile subledger to general ledger account balances.

· Assist with monthly intercompany reconciliation.

· Identify and investigate accounting irregularities and develop solutions to both correct and prevent reoccurrence.

· Work collaboratively with Operations Team, senior management, accounting officers, and sales to ensure the timeliness, accuracy and relevance of financial reporting.

Essential Skills & Education

· 3+ years of progressive experience in financial analysis and/or accounting.

· Minimum 3 year college level diploma in Business or Accounting.

· Working knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP).

· Experienced and comfortable working in an electronic accounting software package.

· Generally proficient in the use of the full suite of Microsoft Office applications with particular strength in the use of Excel.

· Solutions focused mindset with a strong desire to improve processes.

· Strong analytical skills with an attention to detail.

Beneficial Additional Skills & Experience

· Experience in Quickbooks Enterprise and / or Syspro ERP systems.

· Experience working in a manufacturing environment.

· Familiarity with ERP systems and methodologies, specifically as it applies to inventory control and manufacturing.
