We are excited to lead into 2024 with a rare opportunity for a Broadcast Media professional to join our Digital Commercial team. In this high-profile role as Digital Commercial Director, you will grow NOVA’s digital audio offering to consistently achieve revenue expectations whilst delivering a market leading offering across our suite of digital assets.

This opportunity will see you focusing on:

• The development , implementation and execution of the Digital Sales Strategy across the business
• Leading strategy and relationship management (internally and externally) for ALL digital commercial partnerships (including monetisation of key podcast partners)
• Innovation around Nova Entertainment’s Digital Audio Products to meet FUTURE market requirements
• Achieving quarterly and yearly revenue targets by overseeing ing, data collections, analysis and tracking for digital commercial production
• Working closely with the Director of the Nova Podcast Network to identify and acquire key podcast partners and ensure their retention and commercial growth
• Work closely with the CCO to ensure the Digital Sales Strategy is aligned with the overall strategic direction of the business
