We have a fantastic opportunity for an engaged and passionate content creator to join our CREATE team. You will be involved in supporting and managing branded content campaigns, from content writing & design through to social media trafficking and ad operations. This role does not involve staff management and would suit someone who is a year or two out of uni and has a natural understanding of social media content creation and a passion to learn and take direction from our Campaign Strategists. This role can be based in Melbourne or Sydney.

• You are skilled at delivering campaigns on brief, in a fast-paced environment and on budget, ensuring they meet CREATE quality benchmarks as well as revenue objectives, and product and brand goals.
• You will function as the gatekeeper for campaign content published on the Nova websites.
• This role is responsible for ensuring client content requests and campaign execution is in line with the Nova Entertainment content strategy and brand tone.
• You have been doing a similar role in a similar industry (media/advertising) either here or overseas.
• You are known for bringing a positivity and energy to your role and see this opportunity as a step forward in your personal and professional career development.

More specifically, other desired skills would include:

• 2 years media experience within the Media / Agency Industry.
• 2+ years social media/editorial experience.
• Previous experience working in branded content across a variety of clients.
• A seasoned pro at all things Microsoft office – Outlook, PowerPoint & Excel.
• An advanced understanding of ad serving platforms including but not limited to: Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, Reddit and more.
