Nova Biomedical Hiring for Software Engineer I Job at Waltham, MA Full Time

Nova Biomedical is hiring a Software Engineer to engage in the coding and testing of functions or software modules. You will also prepare Software Design Documents and Verification Scripts for assignments participate in design and code reviews.
More specific responsibilities will include:

• Design and develop automated test software for use in test fixtures that are used in testing various products (PCBs, subassemblies, and etc.).
• Performs coding, debugging, testing and troubleshooting throughout the application development process.
• Participate in code design reviews.
• Identify and resolve software problems as they arise.
• Provide ongoing maintenance, support and enhancements in existing systems and platforms.

Qualifications:

• Detail-oriented BSCS/BSCE with 0-3 years of software development experience.
• Experience in working with common protocols such as RS-485, RS-232, CAN, I2C, SPI, USB, BLE and WiFi is a plus.
• Experience designing, implementing, and debugging systems that interact with large data sets/database.
• Experience/proficiency in Languages: C,C++, C#, SQL, Java or .Net is a plus, MS Visual Studio.
• Experience in Windows OS and MS Office.
• Ability to develop software solutions using National Instruments Labview is a plus.
