What Do We Do Here?

Our Conroe Facility produces downhole products for drilling activities in North America. Our plant has high demand and is operating 24 / 7 to produce these products for our customers.

To meet the demand for our products, we provide employees with an air-conditioned environment, highly organized and clean 300,000 SQ.

ft. fabrication facility, new CNC Machines (Mazak, Mori Sieke, DMG Mori, Weiler, etc.), and a strong safety program designed to ensure our team goes home safe to their families after every shift.

What’s the Job Like?

The Logistics Coordinator position handles shipments of drill bits and other various items to and from our facility and all over the world.

The position works closely with all relevant departments addressing all means of transportation for both inbound and outbound shipments on behalf of the company and its customers.

At the direction of leadership and in conjunction with colleagues, assist with the analysis, coordination, maintenance, and improvement of all facility ongoing logistical functions.

Logistics Coordinators work in multiple departments in Operations, supporting the daily coordination needs of the individual department or functional area.

This position is part of the Inventory and Logistics team that works together very closely to get the job done. The Logistics Coordinator candidate will need to always have a Safety First approach to every task and wants to be part of the Safety Culture here at NOV.
