Nourish Ingredients Hiring for Talent Acquisition Specialist Job at Canberra Full Time

To help us achieve our big, audacious goals to transform the plant-based and alternative protein sector we’re on the hunt for a Talent Acquisition Specialist. We’re growing fast, and this role provides an exciting opportunity to spearhead our talent acquisition efforts as we set out to grow our headcount over the next 12 months.

About YOU:

You offer 3-5 years’ experience in senior recruitment/TA role in either a start-up, fast growth or project environment. You are passionate about creating a great employer brand and delivering outstanding candidate and hiring team experiences. A relationship builder and influencer with the skills, practical abilities and motivation to deliver seamless end-end recruitment services and more!

A Strategist, a Head-hunter and most of all a Great Resourcer. Able to advise and coach to attract, secure and retain great talent to the business nationally and internationally.

You are excited by the prospect of playing a part in the plant-based and alternative protein movement and are interested in the start-up ecosystem and have a continuous improvement mindset, always striving to do better.

You will

• Engage, manage and deliver the full end-to-end recruitment process for a range of positions from application through to offer stage. This is a full “hands-on” position allowing for significant growth in our employee base. Circa 30 scientific, processing and support roles over the next 4-6 months with continuous managed strategic growth moving forward.
• Partner with and guide hiring managers in creating clear and effective job descriptions and adverts in line with position goals and organisational objectives are addressed accurately and met effectively.
• Advise and support hiring teams in terms of strategy, process management, screening and interviewing skills to ensure our hiring managers and team members are set up for success.
• Using Greenhouse our chosen Applicant Tracking and Recruitment Management System manage all job postings, including creative and proactive sourcing of candidates across various channels,
• Utilise your search (local and international) and talent pipeline building skills by identifying the best pools of talent, connecting with relevant communities, proactive reach outs and attending events / meetups.
• Deliver seamless engagement experiences (candidates and hiring teams) to attract and retain the best technical skills and talent for the business.

It would be great, but not essential, if you also had:

• Experience hiring at a rapidly growing start-up but not essential.
• Experience working with USA based employees.
• Experience recruiting technical roles (e.g. scientific).
• Broader people and culture experience beyond talent acquisition to flex to evolving company needs.
