This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated individual.
The postholder will be responsible for supporting the delivery of an efficient, informed and fully compliant information request handling operation. The postholder is responsible for processing information access requests under Freedom of Information (FOI) legislation and Section 45 of the Data Protection Act.
The primary role for the successful candidate will be to research and interrogate systems to obtain relevant information to respond to information requests under FOI and Subject Access Requests on behalf of Nottinghamshire Police, ensuring responses to requests for information are within timescales.
The postholder must have strong interpersonal skills, the ability to analyse legislation and assimilate and digest large volumes of information.
