Full job description
We are currently recruiting HR Recruitment Administrators to join our busy Resource (Recruitment) Team on a fixed term contract for 12 months.
Our office hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm, with occasional early starts and late finishes for major recruitment events.
Working as part of the team and using an electronic Recruitment system called Trac, you will assist in all elements of recruitment from the advertising of vacancies, long listing, short listing and organising interviews. You will carry out all pre-employment checks, issue offers and contracts of employment and assist in the setting up of personnel files and IT records. You will be provided full training on the use of the Trac System.
Our Resource Team provides a high quality, timely and responsive service to the whole Trust, helping to provide the best care to our patients.
