As a HR Advisor your role is to work closely with Divisions and departments to provide a front line HR advice and support service to managers and employees and support division strategies and workforce plans.
You will be expected to advise on a wide range of HR matters sickness absence management and wellbeing support, capability, workforce change and organisational development.
Reporting into the HR Business Partner you will work as part of a small dedicated divisional team as well as having the opportunity to contribute to wider HR initiatives and projects.

You will be part of a small and supportive Divisional HR team and will also make a significant contribution to the work of the wider HR function. You will be expected to work across all NUH sites and will also have the opportunity to work from home for part of the working week.

Salary: The quoted salary will be on a pro rata basis for part time workers.
