The Business Solutions team is responsible for the delivery and support of corporate software solutions to deliver University initiatives. Our professional Testing Services team are currently looking for a Test and QA Analyst to support the testing and QA activities of operational environments for multiple corporate business applications.

This is an exciting opportunity to develop the testing methodology of statutory and functional upgrades, and small to medium sized enhancements, for existing enterprise systems. You will work closely with colleagues in Information Systems and with business system representatives; ensuring appropriate testing methodologies are applied and followed, with test scenarios built and executed. To support this, you will have strong analysis skills and an eye for detail to ensure anything going through to production environments is of a high standard.

You will have significant testing experience, with excellent prioritisation and time management skills; ensuring a high standard of delivery at all times. You will have excellent communication skills and the ability to work on your own initiative, as well as part of fixed and dynamic teams. Knowledge of the following applications would be an advantage: Ellucian Banner, Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Desire2Learn, CMIS Timetabling. ?
